Spring ball is winding down in Madison, with Wisconsin wrapping up another weekend of practice on Saturday. The Badgers are scheduled to have their final practice on Friday, April 30, meaning there’s less than one week remaining.
After the team’s practice on Saturday, head coach Paul Chryst met with the media to talk about the growth and development of the team through spring ball. He talked about position changes, the unique format this spring presents and where the team needs to continue to improve.
Wisconsin ended last season with a 4-3 record, opening up with a 2-0 record before dropping three straight games. The Badgers then closed out the 2020 campaign with back-to-back wins over Minnesota and Wake Forest in the Duke’s Mayo Bowl to end with a winning record.
