William Spencer, 2023 Indiana DL, names B1G team in top 4

William Spencer, a highly-rated defensive tackle in the 2023 recruiting class, has announced on his Twitter page that he has narrowed his decision to either Michigan State, Kentucky, Louisville, and Mississippi State.

Spencer is a 3-star defensive tackle from New Albany, Indiana, according to 247Sports Composite. He is also rated as the 56th-rated defensive lineman and the 7th-rated high school prospect in the state of Indiana.
Spencer’s scholarship offers include Eastern Kentucky, Georgia Tech, South Carolina, and Virginia Tech.
247Sports projects him to choose to be a Kentucky Wildcat when he signs his Letter of Intent.
Michigan State currently has the 21st-rated recruiting class for 2023 and the 4th best in the B1G, according to 247Sports.
At 6-5, 315 pounds, Spencer is a big-bodied, twitchy, and disruptive interior defensive lineman who can create chaos in the backfield and get to the quarterback for a sack. Those skills are on display in the Hudl highlight clip embedded below:
