Wisconsin added sophomore kicker Vito Calvaruso to its team from the transfer portal on Monday.
Calvaruso announced that he entered the transfer portal from his Twitter account on Dec. 7 and has now already found a new team. Calvaruso has 3 years of eligibility remaining in his college football career.
Calvaruso was mainly a kickoff specialist, which could be why he decided to transfer since he wants to be more than that. He made appearances in 10 games for the Razorbacks.
He announced his commitment to Wisconsin from his Twitter account.

He also made 2 tackles on kickoffs for the Razorbacks as freshman in 2020. He had a kickoff grade of 79.3 in 2020 according to PFF.
He could finally get his chance to be more than just a kickoff specialist with the Badgers for the remainder of his career in Madison.
