The game ended up being a low-scoring affair thanks to both defense’s playing great. Both of the units had an interception and both also allowed less than 200 yards passing.
In the end, it was Wisconsin who snapped their three-game losing streak to finish at 3-3 on the season.
Minnesota finishes at 3-4, despite a valiant effort from running back Mo Ibrahim. He had his eighth straight 100-yard game which is now a school record. Quarterback Tanner Morgan also did all he could as he had two touchdown passes in the loss.
