A Wisconsin defensive back has entered his name into the NCAA transfer portal.
Rivals.com is reporting that Deron Harrell has entered his name into the database and will be a graduate transfer. He was a member of the 2016 recruiting class and will not be with the program for the remaining 2 games of the regular season.
The Badgers currently sit at 7-3 on the season after winning 6 straight games. The two remaining opponents on the schedule are Nebraska and Minnesota.

Harrell played in 22 career games while in Madison and was credited with 26 tackles and 8 pass break-ups. Last season, he appeared in 4 contests and tallied 7 stops and a pair of pass break-ups.
Leaving this year, Harrell will have one season of eligibility remaining for his college career.
