He was a former 3-star prospect in the 2021 recruiting class where Hallman was the 53rd-rated cornerback and the 88th-best prospect from the state of Florida, according to 247Sports Composite.
Wisconsin only had a 7-0 lead over New Mexico State in the first quarter before scoring two more quick touchdowns in the second quarter.
