Wisconsin is going to have some depth issues this Saturday against Northwestern.
Saturday, the Badgers and Wildcats will go head-to-head in a critical game in the B1G West race. The winner remains at the top of the division standings while the loser falls a game behind. Several key players for Wisconsin won’t be making an appearance.
Thursday morning, Jeff Potrykus of the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel tweeted out an updated injury report for this weekend’s matchup between Wisconsin and Northwestern. Four players are listed as out for Saturday’s game and two others are tabbed as questionable.
All six players are on defense.
D’Cota Dixon (S), Olive Sagapolu (NT) are listed as questionable for the weekend bout. Travian Blaylock (CB), Deron Harell (CB), Isaiahh Loudermilk (DE) and Scott Nelson (S) are all out.

The Badgers are coming off a 49-20 win over Illinois last week and sit at 3-1 in B1G play. Northwestern defeated Rutgers last weekend and is currently leading the West with a 4-1 mark.
Wisconsin has won the division each of the last two seasons, but thanks to injuries, this could be the year it’s thrown out of the top spot. Saturday’s matchup will go a long way in determining the winner of the West.
