Wisconsin kicker explains changing his number to honor Sam Foltz

It was a tragedy that had an impact on so many people in the college football world. Across the country, several players, coaches and fans have offered condolences and have honored the memory of the late Sam Foltz.
Wisconsin kicker Rafael Gaglianone is no different.
On Sunday, Gaglianone explained to ESPN why he changed his number for 10 to 27 to honor the former Nebraska punter:
Gaglianone kicked three field goals in Wisconsin’s game against LSU on Saturday in Green Bay. He made all three, including a 47-yarder that put the Badgers ahead 16-14.
Sam Foltz was also honored at Nebraska’s season-opener on Saturday against Fresno State.
