Wisconsin is losing commitments from prospects in the 2023 recruiting class with a second player making the decision Thursday.
This time, the decision comes from Collin Dixon, a 3-star ATH out of Tallmadge, Ohio. He shared his decision to reopen his recruitment after previously committing to the Badgers in June.

“I want to thank Coach Whitted, Coach Leonhard and the entire staff at Wisconsin for giving me an opportunity to play football at the next level,” wrote Dixon. “I’m extremely grateful for the relationships I have built and their continuous belief in the abilities. With that being said, after many discussions with family I have decided to decommit from Wisconsin and open my recruitment back up.”
According to the 247 Sports Composite Rankings, the 6-foot-2 Dixon is the No. 27 player out of Ohio and No. 71 ATH nationally for the cycle.
The loss of Dixon and DL Jamel Howard drops Wisconsin to 11 current commitments for the class of 2023.
