A top-15 showdown, the No. 13 Michigan Wolverines welcome in the No. 1 Ohio State Buckeyes to Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor on Saturday.
Set to air on FOX, the network’s pregame show – BIG NOON KICKOFF – consisting of Rob Stone, Reggie Bush, Matt Leinart, Urban Meyer, Brady Quinn and Charles Woodson is on-location.
With Meyer and Woodson, this panel of analysts has plenty of experience with “The Game.” Announcing his apparent retirement from coaching following the 2018 season, Saturday will be the first Michigan-Ohio State matchup since 2011 to not feature Meyer.
While he will not be on the sideline, Meyer brought a fine Michigan Stadium memory with him.

One of the most successful coaches in college football history, Meyer won 85.4% of his games during his 17-year career in the Mid-American Conference with Bowling Green (2001-02), Mountain West Conference with Utah (2003-04), SEC with Florida (2005-10) and B1G with Ohio State (2012-18).
Undefeated in seven tries against the Wolverines, Meyer guided the Buckeyes to the inaugural College Football Playoff national title in 2014 and three B1G championships (2014, 2017-18).
The 1997 Heisman Trophy honoree, Woodson won all three of his clashes with the Buckeyes from 1995-97. His 77-yard punt return touchdown in Michigan’s 20-14 victory in his final year on-campus was the feather in the cap of his Heisman campaign.
Saturday will be the 115th meeting between these two historic programs. The Wolverines hold the all-time lead in the series, 58-50-6, but Ohio State has won 14 of the last 15 dating back to 2004.
Michigan’s lone win in this span occurred in 2011 when Luke Fickell was leading the Buckeyes as the year-long interim head coach following Jim Tressel’s resignation.
Saturday’s action will kick at 12:00PM ET with Gus Johnson, Joel Klatt and “The All-American Girl” Jenny Taft on the call.
