Worst fans in CFB? App State fans demonstrate ridiculous behavior after Marshall game
By Paul Harvey

The college football weekend got off to a Thursday evening start with Marshall traveling to take on Appalachian State.
That game turned into a dramatic back-and-forth with the two teams trading blows on the field. App State carried a 21-20 lead into halftime but fell behind in the third as Marshall scored 10 unanswered points.
In the fourth quarter, App State rolled back with 10 unanswered of its own to secure a tight 31-30 victory. A touchdown pass from Chase Brice and 187 rushing yards from Nate Noel proved to be the difference for the Mountaineers.
Unfortunately, some of the App State faithful decided to act a fool after the game. It included multiple expletives and middle fingers directed towards the Marshall players, among other things.
App state fans screaming expletives at Marshall players as they exit the field after the loss, giving them the middle finger, talk about their mothers, telling them to kill themselves. Absolutely disgusting behavior. pic.twitter.com/mn4N4Q85Uo
