Arkansas RB for class of 2022 keeps Northwestern on top 8 list
Northwestern is still in the mix for a running back prospect via the 2022 class.
The player is Joseph Himon II, a three-star prospect out of Little Rock, Arkansas. Listed at 5-foot-9 and 175 lbs., Himon is rated the No. 11 overall player out of Arkansas for the cycle by the 247 Sports Composite Rankings.
As we head towards summer, Himon whittled down his list of potential destinations to a top-eight on Sunday afternoon. The Wildcats were included on Himon’s list, as were other Power 5 programs in Louisville, Miami, Missouri, and Vanderbilt.
He also included Arkansas State, Tulane, and Louisiana Tech:
I am truly blessed to be in the position that I am in. After having a talk with my family and praying about it for a long time, these are my top schools!✍🏾 (No Specific Order) #respectmydecision pic.twitter.com/dQFyqXDSBo

So far, Northwestern has just three players committed for the 2022 class led by four-star receiver Reggie Fleurima.
