Austin Carr ties Northwestern single-season record for touchdown catches on bomb
Austin Carr has had one heck of a season for Northwestern.
The senior wide receiver just tied the single-season record for touchdown catches at Northwestern with his 12th thanks to this 33-yard toss. It’s Carr’s second score of the day against Purdue.

After just 402 yards receiving and two touchdowns in 2014 and 2015, the 6-foot-1 pass-catcher now has 1,053 yards receiving and 12 scores in 2016. The Wildcats currently lead Purdue, 14-10.
