Northwestern Wildcats fans probably didn’t need a reminder about how the season is going so far, but that’s exactly what they got on Monday.

CBS Sports, addressing the story that Northwestern will be building a new stadium, sent out this savage burn of a push notification:

Northwestern previously announced that they would be building a new stadium, an $800 million project that will allow the venue to host concerts and other events outside of just football games. The renovations will also require Ryan Field to be torn down.

Perhaps the football program will be rebuilt along with the stadium. Nebraska hasn’t won a game in the United States since last October. The Wildcats have been in a downward spiral since arriving home from Ireland with a 31-28 victory over Nebraska in the preseason. Northwestern is 1-3 this season after losses to Duke, Southern Illinois, and Miami (OH). The Cats rank 10th in the Big Ten in total defense and 13th against the run.

Northwestern will face off against No. 11 Penn State on Saturday.
