Former Northwestern LB Nate Hall records 2 sacks, forced fumble in Thanksgiving debut
During the Houston Texans game on Thanksgiving Day with the Detroit Lions, former Northwestern linebacker Nate Hall seized his opportunity on the national stage and notched a pair of sacks, including a strip-sack of Lions quarterback Matt Stafford.
Hall finished the game with two sacks, the first of his NFL career.
Hall has been playing for the Texans since Nov. 8 vs. Jacksonville. He now has 10 total tackles and the Texans are 3-1 in that span.
Hall has mostly provided depth behind starters Tyrell Adams and Zach Cunningham, and contributing on special teams as well.

Hall earned All-Big Ten honorable mention honors his senior season at Northwestern, starting nine games at linebacker, recording 51 tackles, 5.5 TFL, and three interceptions, tying for the team high.
