Joe Spivak joined B1G Tailgate as Northwestern is set to kickoff against Wisconsin at 3:30 pm ET. Neither team has been off to the greatest start to the year, but Spivak, a hopeful WWE star and former Wildcat defensive lineman, had no loss for excitement for the B1G matchup.

“You smell that fresh smell of freshly uncut grass on Ryan Field,” Spivak said. “Then you hold something as powerful as the WWE Championship belt, and you know it’s B1G football season baby. We’re gonna see a B1G brawl between the Cats and the Badgers. All I have to say is it goes to Pat Fitzgerald 3:16. Today’s a great day to knock somebody’s lips off!”

Spivak brought that WWE showmanship to the show and did not disappoint.

Northwestern is 1-4, but every game has been within at least 10 points, so there is a reason to have hope that his former team can turn things around.
