While Ohio State has been enduring some issues with COVID-19 over the last few days as it prepares for the B1G Championship Game, the same cannot be said for its foe Northwestern. The Wildcats are reportedly in pretty good shape.

Friday, ESPN’s Adam Rittenberg tweeted out that Northwestern was heading to Indianapolis for the noon showdown with Ohio State with the conference title hanging in the balance. The Wildcats do not have any issues with the virus, per the report.

Northwestern has not had any issues so far this season and has been able to participate in seven of eight games scheduled this season. The one game the Wildcats missed was due to Minnesota being forced to cancel because of its own COVID-19 concerns.

Saturday’s game between Northwestern and Ohio State is a rematch of the 2018 B1G Championship Game. Two years ago, the Buckeyes record a 45-24 victory over the Wildcats to claim a conference title. This year, Northwestern enters the game with a 6-1 record while Ohio State is 5-0.

Kickoff is set for 12 p.m. ET on Saturday.
