They say the holidays are all about giving.
Northwestern football players embraced that mentality on Tuesday, as several pitched in at a local charity, collecting clothes, shoes and serving hot meals at Catholic Charities of Chicago.
According to Pat Fitzgerald’s official Twitter page, over 60 Wildcats helped in a number of ways this holiday season.
The team helped gather hundreds of clothing items with their participation this week.
