It’s a big day in the B1G West for Northwestern.
Saturday evening, the 3-0 and No. 23-ranked Wildcats will take on 2-0 Purdue in a game that will result in one team sitting atop the B1G West standings and the other suffering its first loss of the 2020 season. The nighttime showdown will be one of the premier matchups for the conference in Week 4.
On Friday night, Northwestern and head coach Pat Fitzgerald dropped a hype video ahead of Saturday’s matchup with the Boilermakers. It will have fans fired up for this important game in the division race.
Kickoff on Saturday is set for 5 p.m. ET. The game was originally scheduled for a 7:30 primetime slot, but the cancellation of the Ohio State-Maryland game opened up the afternoon slot, allowing the Northwestern-Purdue contest to be scheduled for earlier in the day.
It will still air on Big Ten Network. Northwestern is a 3-point favorite. Below is the hype video:
