At this point, the Utes have no idea what has hit them.

Utah played a nearly flawless first half, stifling Northwestern and carrying a 20-3 lead into halftime. However, the third quarter has been all Wildcats.

Northwestern’s defense has turned up the heat after the break in remarkable fashion. The Wildcats forced four turnovers in the third quarter while dialing up a special play to cash in the third one.

Northwestern called this beautiful play that resulted in a touchdown pass to offensive lineman Trey Klock. Klock weighs in at 296 lbs. but reported as an eligible receiver on the play.

Needless to say, it was awesome:

Northwestern outscored Utah 28-0 in the third quarter.
