The Wildcats are taking on the Wolverines at home with a chance to notch a signature win for the year. Northwestern is off to a 1-2 start on the year, and facing No. 14 Michigan is a tough challenge for the Wildcats.
While the Wolverines may be favored in the game, Northwestern is not backing down. The Wildcats started the game quickly, thanks to this big catch-and-run by J.J. Jefferson. What began as a short screen nearly went the distance as Jefferson broke many tackles on the play.
In the end, he was tackled inside the five-yard line. The play was still crucial as the Wildcats scored on the next play.
