It’s not always the 4- and 5-star players that ball out at the Under Armour All-America Game.
Thursday night, some of the top 2019 recruits in the nation squared off in the Under Armour All-America Game, as Team Flash took on Team Ballaholics. Midway through the third quarter, 3-star linebacker and Northwestern commit Michael Jansey made a huge play.
Jansey was able to knock a pass attempt into the air, corral the football and race to the end zone to record a pick-six. The best part of the play? Jansey was voted into the game by the fans, not earning an invitation from representatives.

Looks like Northwestern is already getting a playmaker.
Jansey is a 6-foot-2, 210-pound linebacker out of Batavia, Illinois. He’s ranked as the No. 12 player in his home state and a top 30 talent at his position in the 2019 class.
Pat Fitzgerald has to like what he’s seen from his future linebacker.
