5-star Class of 2026 QB, Ohio State target, drops top 6 list
Ohio State quarterback target Jared Curtis announced Saturday morning that he has cut his offer list to just 6, including the Buckeyes.
Curtis is one of the top prospects in the Class of 2026 and just finished his sophomore season at Nashville Christian School in Tennessee. He’s considered to be the No. 20 overall prospect in the cycle, as well as the No. 2 QB and No. 1 prospect out of Tennessee.
In addition to Ohio State, Curtis is considering Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Florida State and Texas A&M. His original list included Michigan, Notre Dame, South Carolina and Ole Miss, but he’s since cut those teams out of consideration.

Curtis received a crystal ball to Ohio State just before Curtis dropped his top 6 list. There’s still plenty of time until Curtis signs all the way in December of 2025, but that’s an early win for Ryan Day and Co.
Ohio State currently holds 1 commitment in the Class of 2026: 4-star WR Chris Henry Jr.
