Baker Mayfield sends out message to Justin Fields ahead of NFL Draft

The 2021 NFL Draft kicks off on Thursday, and for several college football players, a new journey will begin as they pursue their career in the professional ranks. One of those individuals will be Ohio State quarterback Justin Fields
Fields is a projected first-round selection on Thursday night, though there’s plenty of debate about where he’ll land. Still, the former Buckeyes leader will get the chance to show the world what he can do at the next level.
A few days before the first day of this year’s draft, Fields received a special shoutout from former Heisman Trophy winner, No. 1 overall pick and Cleveland Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield. He sent the former Buckeye a message through NFL Network.
Mayfield is wishing Fields the best of luck moving forward and is throwing a ton of support behind the former Ohio State star. Here’s the message Mayfield had for Fields:
