It’s a forgone conclusion that Joey Bosa is going pro.

A consensus top-five pick, it’s only a matter of time before the Ohio State defensive end becomes a building block of an NFL defense.

But on Monday, Bosa made a rare hint at his future plans. And honestly, he said, he hasn’t decided what he’ll do either way.

When he was talking about the final home game of the year on Saturday against Michigan State, Bosa said it would “be an emotional day.” It is senior day, and if Bosa takes his talents to the next level, it’ll be the last time he suits up at Ohio Stadium.

But the junior did say that there would be one reason to return to Columbus next year.

Nick Bosa is the Buckeyes’ top 2016 recruit and he would play alongside his older brother on the defensive line. The five-star defensive end suffered a season-ending knee injury, but it shouldn’t effect his ability to play as a true freshman.

The chances are obviously slim, but you can bet there are a whole bunch of Buckeye fans filling Joey Bosa’s ear about that possibility.

At the very least, he hasn’t ruled it out. Yet.
