Babb is a St. Louis, Missouri native and is ranked as the second-best player from his home state. The 6-foot-1, 190-pound prospect is also tabbed as the 12th-best receiver in the 2018 class and cracks the top 70 nationally, per 247Sports.

Babb raked in a boatload of offers, including several from the top programs across the country. He chose Ohio State over Alabama, Auburn, Michigan, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Penn State, USC and Clemson to name a few. In total, he had 30 offers, including 11 from B1G programs.

Ohio State’s class was already ranked No. 1 in the B1G and nationally, and it got even better with the addition of Babb. He’s the only wide receiver currently committed to the Buckeyes.
