There is no offseason when it comes to Ohio State and Michigan. It’s a college football rivalry that never takes a break.

It’s not just the fans that keep fueling one of the greatest rivalries in all of sports. The players can be just as guilty of chirping every now and then.

Ohio State running back J.K. Dobbins could help but add a little gasoline to the fire over the weekend.

The Twitter account College Town recently ran a poll, asking fans to vote on whether Michigan’s Shea Patterson or Ohio State’s Dwayne Haskins would have the better season at quarterback this fall.

Dobbins, not surprisingly, backed his quarterback.

Dobbins isn’t really taking a shot at Michigan as much as he is defending Haskins. Still, making the statement on Twitter won’t sit well with fans of the Maize and Blue.

Ohio State and Michigan are both expected to be contending for a B1G East title in 2018 and quarterback play will be vitally important in each team’s pursuit of a division and conference championship.
