'Can we go play in the SEC?': Ohio State LB speaks out after B1G reportedly cancels season
With the news on Monday from multiple sources saying that the B1G football season has been canceled due to COVID-19, one Ohio State player thinks his team should make the move to the SEC.
Shortly after the news broke — first from Dan Patrick then from the Detroit Free Press’s Chris Solari — Ohio State linebacker Teradja Mitchell took to Twitter. He had just one question after it was rumored that the season was ending.

He probably won’t be the only player hoping that their team figures something out to get the season played.
Ohio State was the preseason favorite to win the B1G and potentially threaten for a national championship. Last week, Ohio State’s seven team captains said they felt safe playing during the fall season and that the program had made health and safety a top priority.
However, it seems they’re thoughts will not be heard as the B1G presidents reportedly voted 12-2 to end the season.
