Jones then had a brief stop with the Seattle Seahawks before signing on with the XFL’s DC Defenders in 2020.

During his final two seasons at Ohio State, Jones threw for 2,323 yards and 15 touchdowns with 7 interceptions. He also accounted for 617 yards and 4 touchdowns.
