Chris Holtmann anxiously requests score updates during press conference, expresses support for Buckeye football

Chris Holtmann is keeping up with the games this weekend just like everyone else. Holtmann asked for a score update of the Kansas State-TCU game at the end of a post-game press conference.

Ohio State hoops played St. Francis (PA) Saturday and Holtmann wanted some score updates afterward. The Buckeyes won by a score of 96-59 to move to 6-2 on the year.

Someone told Holtmann that Kansas State had scored again on TCU. Holtmann’s response was:

“Did they really? Go Bucks,”

Holtmann was told Kansas State just scored again on TCU. His response, which ended the press conference:

“Did they really? Go Bucks.”

Holtmann revealed that he was also watching the Utah-USC game on Friday. Holtmann almost lost his voice yelling at the TV.

“I did almost lose my voice last night rooting for the Utes,” said Holtmann.
