A lot of people thought Chris Olave would be in this year’s NFL Draft class. One of the top wide receivers in college football certainly had the talent to declare, but chose to return to Ohio State for one more season,

Though he’s not going to hear his name called this weekend, Olave is still sending well wishes out to his teammates.

Just a few hours before the 2021 NFL Draft kicks off on Thursday night, Olave fired off a tweet to show support for his Ohio State teammates as they prepare for the next level.

“Dreams come true, people’s live change cant wait to see,” Olave wrote on Twitter. “Goodluck to all my guys tonight.”

Quarterback Justin Fields is the only Buckeye projected to be a lock for the first round of this year’s NFL Draft, though linebacker Pete Werner reportedly made some noise late in the process. Throughout the course of the event, though, several former Ohio State stars are expected to be selected.

We’ll see where they all land over the next three days.
