College GameDay interview highlights growth of Justin Fields, push to bring back B1G football season
Justin Fields has been busy this offseason!
After finishing as a finalist for the Heisman Trophy in 2019, there was no time to rest for Fields in the months off. He went back to work, cutting weight and working to get even better for 2020.
That was even before the B1G’s decision to cancel the fall football season. After that decision, Fields went to work, uniting players in a push to get the conference to reinstate the fall schedule.
In the end, the B1G has been revived with Ohio State starting its season Saturday against Nebraska. Before that gets rolling, ESPN’s College GameDay aired an interview with Fields. It gets into everything that went into Fields’ busy offseason, including how football even united bitter rivals.
Check it out ahead of kickoff:
“How great can I be? I can be the best QB in the country.”
