A second Ohio State defensive lineman has been selected in the 2020 NFL Draft.

Former Buckeye defensive tackle DaVon Hamilton was an early third-round selection on Friday night, going No. 73 overall to the Jacksonville Jaguars. Teammate Chase Young was the other Ohio State defensive lineman picked in this year’s draft, going No. 2 to the Washington Redskins.

Jeff Okudah, Damon Arnette and J.K. Dobbins have also been picked in the first two days of the draft.

Hamilton started just one season for the Buckeyes but had a big year in 2019. He totaled 28 tackles along the Buckeyes’ defensive line, with 10.5 stops for loss. In his four seasons in Columbus, Hamilton racked up a total of 21 tackles for loss.

Ohio State finished last season with a 13-1 record.
