Donovan Jackson delivers hilarious explanation for OSU’s success vs. Penn State
Donovan Jackson and the Ohio State Buckeyes got a much-needed win on Saturday, as they knocked off Penn State 20-13 in Happy Valley.
The Buckeyes in the last 2 games haven’t been great at the line of scrimmage, especially in last week’s closer-than-expected win against Nebraska. Going up against a vaunted defense like Penn State, the Ohio State offensive line has been talked about as potentially the weak link for the team moving forward.
The unit responded in a big way, as Ohio State rushed the ball 40 times for 176 yards. It was especially dominant late in the game when the Buckeyes basically ran the clock out after stopping Penn State on a 4th-and-goal late.
After the game, the star offensive lineman delivered an emphatic one-sentence statement on what the team did to run the ball well late in the game.
Ohio State OL Donovan Jackson on why the team ran the ball well today, especially on the final drive: "We just had to drop our nuts."

“We just had to drop our nuts,” Jackson said about the physical nature of the performance.
Jackson was playing out of position today for the Buckeyes after moving from left guard to left tackle as the team is dealing with injuries.
This was a game that Ohio State needed to win, and it was one of those games where you have to dig deep. The win keeps the Buckeyes in great shape for both the B1G championship as well as the College Football Playoff.
The Buckeyes will host Purdue next week.
