Elliott's crop-top style all over Twitter
Ohio State running back Ezekiel Elliott had his trademark crop-top look banned by the NCAA this offseason. Perhaps there was concern of players branding themselves or something pointless like that. That only sparked the fire, or movement, for crop-top supporters.
Over 11,000 fans signed a petition to overturn the NCAA’s ruling against Zeke’s look. And while the Heisman candidate hasn’t been opposed to abiding by the new rule, he has helped advance a social media movement.
Countless Elliott retweets are pictures of youth football players rocking the half shirt with the hashtag “#SaveTheCropTop.” Here’s a look a some of the Ohio State tailbacks favorite pictures of kids flashing their bellies at him.
