If the season ended today, Ohio State would be a lock in the College Football Playoff. Well, at least according to four ESPN reporters.
Each week, four college football reporters for the four-letter network provide their updated CFB Playoff predictions. There are three teams that are unanimous selections, one of which is Ohio State.
The other two? Alabama and Georgia.
Those three teams solidified their position in the CFB Playoff race this weekend as all three posted big wins on Saturday. The other two teams in the mix are Notre Dame and Clemson. Here are how Andrea Adelson, Edward Aschoff, Adam Rittenberg and Mark Schlabach picked their latest CFB Playoff bracket following Week 6:
- Adelson: No. 1 Alabama; No. 2 Ohio State; No. 3 Georgia; No. 4 Notre Dame
- Aschoff: No. 1 Alabama; No. 2 Clemson; No. 3 Ohio State; No. 4 Georgia
- Rittenberg: No. 1 Alabama; No. 2 Ohio State; No. 3 Notre Dame; No. 4 Georgia
- Schlabach: np. 1 Alabama; No. 2 Ohio State; No. 3 Notre Dame; No. 4 Georgia
We’re only halfway through the season, but Alabama and Ohio State appear to separating from the rest of the pack.
