There seems to be a pretty common consensus regarding the College Football Playoff for ESPN experts. At least that’s the case after Week 2.

Following the second Saturday of action, four college football analysts from ESPN updated their CFB Playoff picks. While there is some slight variation among the selections, there are only five teams listed among the four analysts.

Alabama and Clemson were consensus picks, filling the top two spots after Week 2. The other three teams mentioned were Ohio State, Georgia and Oklahoma. Here’s how the four ESPN experts picked:

  • Andrea Adelson: Alabama, Clemson, Georgia, Ohio State
  • Edward Aschoff: Alabama, Clemson, Ohio State, Oklahoma
  • Chris Low: Alabama, Clemson, Georgia, Oklahoma
  • Adam Rittenberg: Alabama, Clemson, Georgia, Ohio State

All five teams have looked sensational through the first two weeks of the season but Clemson and Georgia are the only two squads who have played in a challenging game thus far.

There’s still 10 games to be played in the regular season. Don’t be surprised if this changes drastically over the next three months.
