In Week 6, there weren’t a crazy amount of top-tier matchups, but as always, there were some good ones.

One game that shook up a lot of people’s pick to potentially make the College Football Playoff was Oklahoma-Texas. The Longhorns surprised many by defeating the Sooners and now the Big 12 may be on the outside looking in when it comes to cracking the Top 4.

Each week, ESPN releases its Top 5 power rankings, and following Week 6, one B1G team made the list. As many would imagine, it was Ohio State:

The team who impressed most was probably Notre Dame, who is now No. 3 on the list. If the Fighting Irish do end up making the College Football playoff, the Pac-12 may be another conference not represented in the sport’s biggest set of games.

The Big Ten doesn’t seem to have to worry about that, though. That is, unless Ohio State suffers a defeat.
