The time has come to decide a B1G champion!

After a dramatic and impressive regular season, Northwestern and Ohio State will tangle in Indianapolis for the conference championship.

Pat Fitzgerald’s Wildcats enter as the B1G West champions following an 8-1 conference record. On the other side, Urban Meyer’s Buckeyes enter with an 11-1 overall record and 8-1 conference record.

When it comes to the action on the field, ESPN’s Football Power Index is not predicting it to be a close contest. The FPI is giving the Buckeyes an 84.2% chance to win the B1G Saturday evening.

Though given just a 15.8% chance to win the game, do not expect Fitzgerald’s squad to be intimidated in the contest. The Wildcats have been underdogs multiple times this season, seemingly thriving in the role.

Do you agree with the FPI prediction?
