The matchup is set, the two teams passed their COVID-19 tests and the nation is ready to see No. 1 Alabama (12-0) take on Ohio State (7-0) on Monday night in the College Football Playoff National Championship Game.

Friday afternoon, Alex Gleitman of BuckeyeScoop shared some photos from inside Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, the host site of this year’s title game. With just a few days until kickoff is scheduled, the field looks primed and ready for the biggest contest of the year.

Looking good.

Ohio State and Alabama are both undefeated this season and each team is looking to add a trophy to its national championship collection. The Buckeyes won the inaugural College Football Playoff title following the 2014 season and the Crimson Tide have claimed two titles in the four-team format.

The last time Alabama and Ohio State met was in the semifinal round of the 2014 College Football Playoff in the Sugar Bowl. The Buckeyes defeated the Tide 42-35 to face Oregon in the title game that year.

Kickoff between Ohio State and Alabama is set for 8 p.m. ET on ESPN.
