Kareem Felder never played a down at Ohio State, but as of today, he will be transferring to another school in the state of Ohio. Toledo is the beneficiary school of Felder transferring, and it was never clear as to why Felder was leaving.

Ohio State was at 86 scholarships before Felder decided to leave, alongside Grant Schmidt, putting the Buckeyes at 84 scholarships at the time. A team can only have 85 scholarship players.

Felder was an incoming three-star cornerback from Baltimore, MD. in the class of 2016. Felder was one of four defensive backs in the Buckeyes’ 2016 class.

Due to transfer rules, Felder will not be eligible to play until the 2017 season.
