After a 3-season Ohio State career that ended with first-team All-B1G recognition, Liddell was selected No. 41 overall in the second round of the 2022 NBA Draft. It was almost a year ago (July 11, 2022) that Liddell suffered a torn ACL during a summer league game, sidelining him for his rookie year. In October 2022, Liddell signed a 2-way contract with the Pelicans.
Buckeyes fans and Pelicans fans will be excited to see a healthy Liddell in the NBA.
