Barrett was not selected in the 2018 NFL Draft but has had opportunities with the New Orleans Saints, Seattle Seahawks and Pittsburgh Steelers over the past four seasons. Most of his career in the professional ranks has been with practice squads.

While at Ohio State, Barrett rewrote B1G record books. He ended his career with 9,434 passing yards, 3,263 rushing yards and 147 total touchdowns. He led the Buckeyes to two B1G titles and was a key piece to the program’s 2014 national championship run.

Barrett was the first three-time team captain while at Ohio State.
