What has been an up-and-down week for Nick Vannett has reportedly culminated in a multi-year contract with the New Orleans Saints.

The former Ohio State star spent 2020 with the Denver Broncos but was released by the team on Tuesday. But according to a report by Mike Garafolo with the NFL Network, Vannett is signing with the Saints.

According to Garafolo’s Wednesday evening report, it will be a three-year deal with New Orleans for Vannett. Vannett initially entered the NFL in 2016 and has played for the Seattle Seahawks, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Broncos:

Vannett has mostly served as a blocking tight end during his time in the NFL. He appeared in 15 games with 11 starts for Denver last season. Through five seasons, he has 75 catches for 686 yards and five touchdowns.
