Report: J.T. Barrett arrested for OVI early Saturday morning
According to ElevenWarriors.com, Ohio State quarterback J.T. Barrett was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while impaired early Saturday morning near campus. Two sources at the Columbus Police Department confirmed the news to the publication.
The incident occurred near an OVI checkpoint at High and Tompkins, just north of campus.

Eleven Warriors also reported that Barrett was cooperative and blew slightly over the Ohio legal limit of .08 blood-alcohol concentration. Barrett was reportedly released to fellow quarterback Cardale Jones and given a ride home.
Ohio State has not confirmed the report.
Barrett and the Buckeyes are on bye this week after rolling Rutgers 49-7 in New Jersey. More will be added to the story as new information comes out.
