Gene Smith curses at Michigan staffer on sideline after Ohio State TD

Gene Smith did not take kindly to one interaction at The Game with Ohio State battling it out with Michigan in the Big House.
The video appears to show a sideline worker trying to get Smith to step back from the sideline, but Smith had words in response. Smith especially noted he was already “behind the yellow line” multiple times in the exchange.
“What the f— are you doing?” Smith appears to question. “I’m behind the yellow line. I’m behind the yellow line. Don’t get me started, don’t get me started.”

Smith is the AD at Ohio State who will be retiring in the summer of 2024. For now, he’s urging his Buckeyes on in The Game, but not without at least one incident in Ann Arbor.
