Greg McElroy does not have Ohio State in his personal top 4 rankings for the College Football Playoff entering Week 10.

The Buckeyes are at No. 5 on McElroy’s list this week, one spot above Oregon at No. 6. Michigan, Georgia, Florida State and Washington occupy the top 4 spots on McElroy’s ranking.

That’s a questionable move by McElroy, especially considering Ohio State is ranked No. 1 in the country per the CFP selection committee rankings. The Buckeyes defeated Rutgers 35-16 on the road on Saturday.

Ohio State is one of five remaining undefeated power-5 teams, but the Buckeyes also have big wins over teams such as Notre Dame and Penn State already on their résumé.

However, this will certainly sort itself out in the coming weeks. Ohio State will face Michigan in Ann Arbor on Nov. 25.

The College Football Playoff selection committee will release new rankings on Tuesday night.
