Gus Johnson has been known to make some great calls in the past. He had another one on Saturday in the Iowa-Ohio State game.

C.J. Stroud hit Julian Fleming on a 79-yard strike that resulted in six. The game was already out of reach for Iowa with the game being in the fourth quarter, but Johnson had one of his usual reactions.

“Stroud delivers deep down the field, it’s caught,” said Johnson. “Fleming, and he’ll walk in. Touchdown Buckeyes, 79 yards. Iowa defense who? That’s what Ohio State’s saying in the second half.”

The Hawkeyes had a great start to the game on defense. Iowa scored on a fumble recovery and things were looking up, but then the Ohio State offense woke up. Ohio State ended up winning 54-10.

Stroud finished the game with 286 yards passing and 4 touchdowns after throwing an interception early in the game.

Ohio State will be gearing up for a ranked matchup with Penn State next.
