Alabama, who steamrolled No. 4 Notre Dame last week, are facing an Ohio State defense that exceeded modest expectations in their upset win of Clemson in the semifinal.
In their 49-28 win over Clemson, the Ohio State defense forced two turnovers and held the Tigers to their lowest point output of the season. Jones said, after seeing some glimpses of the Buckeyes, it will be the greatest challenge the Crimson Tide have faced this season.
