Jeff Okudah had a great response to the ongoing “DBU” claims being thrown around across the country.

The sort of ongoing feud started around the game between LSU and Texas earlier this season. Texas players began wearing shirts this season that said “There’s only one DBU,” which some interpreted as a shot at LSU. The Tigers consider themselves DBU due to the number of secondary players put in the NFL.

Since then, people around the country have weighed in on the issue. Some have also chimed in with support for Ohio State and the streak of strong secondary play by the Buckeyes.

Asked about the DBU topic Tuesday, Okudah said everyone else is trying to claim to be DBU. But Ohio State’s claim is bigger. The Buckeyes just claim “BIA.”

Colin Hass-Hill with 11 Warriors shared Okudah’s comment:

The “BIA” claim stands for “Best in America.” It is a slogan that especially began getting national attention during the 2016 season.

Needless to say, that’s a great response to the DBU issue.
